Dieses Paket enthält sowohl Alu-Framax XLife als auch Alu-Framax. Beides sind Aluminium-Schalungssysteme für den Bau von Betonkonstruktionen wie Wände, Stützen und Fundamente. Das Alu-Framax Xlife-Element ist eine leichte Aluminium-Rahmenschalung für das Schalen mit und ohne Kran. Durch den stabilen Profilrahmen aus Aluminium sind die Elemente leicht und vielseitig einsetzbar. Einige Vorteile der Alu-Framax Xlife sind:


Geringer Kraftaufwand beim Schalen von Hand durch geringes Elementgewicht bei hoher Tragfähigkeit von 60 kN/m².
Versetzbar von Hand oder mit Kran durch Rahmen aus verwindungssteifen Aluminium-Hohlprofilen.
Die Alu Elemente waren schon öfter im Einsatz und sind deshalb stark gebraucht.
Die Platten können Fehlstellen aufweisen, teilweise ist eine Plättchensanierung notwendig.
Die Ecken der Elemente können offen sein.


Das Material ist nicht klassifiziert und daher ungeprüft und ungereinigt. Es ist für keinerlei Anforderungen geeignet.

Ebenfalls im Paket enthalten sind alle lieferbaren Alu-Framax Xlife-Uni-Elemente und Alu-Framax Xlife-Innenecken.

This package includes both Alu-Framax XLife and Alu-Framax. Both are aluminium formwork systems for the construction of concrete structures such as walls, columns and foundations. The Alu-Framax Xlife panel is a lightweight aluminium framed formwork system for crane- and crane-less forming. The strong aluminium profile frame makes the panels light and versatile. Some of the advantages of Alu-Framax Xlife are:


Low manual formwork effort due to low panel weight with a high load-bearing capacity of 60 kN/m².
Can be moved by hand or crane thanks to the frame made of torsion-resistant hollow aluminium profiles.
The aluminum elements had already been used several times and were therefore heavily used.
The plates may have defects; in some cases, platelet repair is necessary.
The corners of the elements can be open The material is untested; the frames and panels may be in an unusable condition.


The material is unclassified and therefore untested and uncleaned. It is not suitable for any requirements. 

The package also includes all available Alu-Framax Xlife Uni panels and Alu-Framax Xlife internal corners.

Formwork & scaffolding in uninspected or non-operational but possible to recondition, therefore the products are not suitable for any applications due to the lack of safety.
