Dieses Paket enthält sowohl Alu-Framax XLife als auch Alu-Framax. Beides sind Aluminium-Schalungssysteme für den Bau von Betonkonstruktionen wie Wände, Stützen und Fundamente. Das Alu-Framax Xlife-Element ist eine leichte Aluminium-Rahmenschalung für das Schalen mit und ohne Kran. Durch den stabilen Profilrahmen aus Aluminium sind die Elemente leicht und vielseitig einsetzbar. Einige Vorteile der Alu-Framax Xlife sind:


Geringer Kraftaufwand beim Schalen von Hand durch geringes Elementgewicht bei hoher Tragfähigkeit von 60 kN/m².
Versetzbar von Hand oder mit Kran durch Rahmen aus verwindungssteifen Aluminium-Hohlprofilen.
Die Alu Elemente sind schon oft im Einsatz gewesen und deshalb stark gebraucht.
Die Ecken der Elemente können offen sein.
Die Platten können Fehlstellen aufweisen, teilweise ist eine Plättchensanierung notwendig.


Das Material ist in 1-Sterne-Qualität, d.h. es ist ungereinigt, für untergeordnete Anforderungen geeignet und weist starke Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Das Paket enthält ebenfalls alle lieferbaren Alu-Framax Xlife-Uni-Elemente, Alu-Framax Xlife-Innenecken und Alu-Framax-Innenecken.

This package contains both Alu-Framax XLife and Alu-Framax. Both are aluminum formwork systems for the construction of concrete structures such as walls, columns and foundations. The Alu-Framax Xlife element is a lightweight aluminum framed formwork system for forming with and without a crane. Thanks to the sturdy aluminum profile frame, the panels are lightweight and versatile. Some of the advantages of Alu-Framax Xlife are:


Low effort required when forming by hand due to low panel weight with a high load-bearing capacity of 60 kN/m².
Can be moved by hand or by crane thanks to the frame made of torsion-resistant hollow aluminum profiles.
Due to many usages, the panels are heavily used.
The sheets show flaws, partly a renovation with pads is necessary. The corners can be damaged.
The material is inspected, so the frames and sheets are in a operational condition.


The material is of 1-star quality, i.e. it is suitable for subordinate requirements as it is uncleaned and shows signs of heavy use.

The package also contains all available Alu-Framax Xlife Uni panels, Alu-Framax Xlife internal corners and Alu-Framax internal corners.
