The so-called "miracle pump" from the BV series has proven itself for pumping abrasive liquids with large particles.
Large special civil engineering companies all over the world have already included this mud pump for the so-called "HDI process" in their program. The pump is suitable for liquid densities up to 1.8 kg/dm3. So the best pump solution for this application. The mechanical seal runs in a large oil bath and an intermediate chamber ensures that no water can get into the bearing block. The BV 140 series (6") is equipped with a vacuum membrane pump of 100 m3/h. The centrifugal pump has a free
passage of 105 mm. and delivers a maximum of 374 m3/h. The float box is equipped with cleaning covers with quick couplings, so that a quick cleaning can be done after each drilling process.
