CONSTMACH V-80 Mobile Sand Making Plant is a compact, high-performance solution for producing high quality 0–5 mm sand directly at the job site. Designed for operators who need consistent, cubical fine aggregates, the V-80 combines a powerful vertical shaft impact crusher with a stable, road-ready mobile chassis. It offers the flexibility of a mobile unit while delivering performance close to a fixed installation. The plant processes both pre-crushed materials and suitable natural stone with a maximum feed size of 40 mm. This reduces the need for extra primary or secondary crushers and helps lower investment and operating costs. Granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro and limestone can all be handled efficiently, so a single V-80 can serve multiple quarries and projects. Depending on material hardness, the plant typically achieves 150–200 tons per hour and can produce up to three separate final products alongside premium manufactured sand.

At the core of the configuration is the VSI 800 CR closed rotor vertical shaft impact crusher, fed from a 10 m³ hopper via dedicated conveyors. A three-deck vibrating screen, return (feedback) conveyor for oversize and stock conveyors for each fraction turn the layout into a complete mobile sand factory. The entire system is built on a single wheeled chassis with hydraulic legs, allowing quick relocation, fast set-up and transport within international road dimensions. Automation is provided by a PLC-based control system using SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER components. The plant is managed via a tablet controller, so one operator can supervise the complete process with clear and simple commands. An integrated dedusting system helps to control emissions and improve working conditions. With a total installed motor power of 390 kW and a recommended 700 kVA generator – including an optional diesel generator on the chassis – the V-80 is ready to work even where grid power is not available.
