The CONSTMACH CVS-1650 vibrating screen is a high-efficiency solution for modern aggregate and recycling plants. With an 8 m² screening area (1.600 × 5.000 mm) and a capacity range of 130–160 t/h, it fits perfectly into medium and large-scale crushing and screening layouts. The robust, modular design allows fast access to all key components, so maintenance stops are shorter and production uptime stays high.
Operators can configure the CVS-1650 with two, three or four decks to match changing product demands. One machine can produce several final fractions at once, even with variable feed gradation. The screen handles crushed stone, gravel, sand and recycled concrete with the same stable performance.

Two alternative drive arrangements, top-driven or centre-driven, make it easy to adapt the screen to plant layout and site conditions. Precision-machined eccentric shafts, combined with 11, 15 or 18.5 kW motor options, deliver strong and consistent vibration while keeping energy consumption under control. Crowned or flat deck support frames are stress-relieved for long life and allow fine tuning of material flow over the screen surface. Users can choose between steel wire mesh and polyurethane panels, depending on abrasion level and moisture content, to balance screening accuracy and wear life.

Premium bearings from brands such as SKF, FAG, Timken and NSK, together with Huck bolt construction and replaceable wear liners, ensure long-term reliability. With an operating weight between 14.000 and 15.500 kg, the CVS-1650 offers the stable, low-vibration screening performance required in demanding continuous-duty applications.
