The CVS-1640 vibrating screen is designed for operators who need reliable screening in the 100–130 t/h range. Its 6.4 m² screening area and selectable 2, 3 or 4 deck layout provide clean separation of different size fractions in a single pass. The compact body fits easily into fixed plants or mobile crushing trains. The unit uses a rigid, modular body that accepts crowned or flat deck frames along with steel wire mesh or polyurethane panels. A precision-machined forged eccentric shaft generates a strong, consistent vibration that supports efficient stratification and throughput. Daily service is simple. Feed and discharge zones include replaceable liners, and the lubrication system can be configured for either grease or oil according to plant standards.
