The CPG-10 vibrating feeder is engineered as the primary feeding unit for medium-capacity stone crushing plants operating at 150–200 tons per hour. It is installed in front of jaw crushers or primary impact crushers. In this position it supplies a continuous, controlled material flow so the whole process line runs in a stable and predictable way. By smoothing the peaks that come from truck or loader feeding, the CPG-10 keeps crushers, screens and conveyors within their design limits and close to their rated capacity.

The feeder has a robust 3.000 x 850 mm body and a 1.160 mm grizzly section that carry out effective pre-screening. They remove fine material before it reaches the crusher and this helps reduce wear on critical parts. Two 4.5 kW drive motors generate uniform vibration. This motion moves the material smoothly over the feeder deck without creating unnecessary stress on the steel structure. Hopper volume options of 10, 15 or 20 m³ make it easy to match the unit to different loading methods, rock types and production targets.

Consistent feeding from the CPG-10 lowers impact shocks, reduces premature wear on hammers and liners, and limits belt tracking problems caused by sudden load changes. Downstream equipment receives a steady feed curve instead of sharp peaks. This supports better particle shape, more accurate screening and lower recirculation. The 12.000 kg feeder mass provides the stability needed for tough, abrasive duty and helps keep vibration away from the supporting structure. As a result, plants gain higher uptime, lower maintenance costs and more reliable product quality.
