The SW-1850 Mobile Sand Screening and Washing Plant is a self-contained solution designed for professional aggregate producers who need high-quality sand and gravel processing on the move. Built for a nominal capacity of 150 t/h, it combines screening, washing and stockpiling functions on a single wheeled chassis. This configuration allows contractors to process natural sand and gravel to concrete-ready cleanliness standards without installing a fixed plant or committing to long-term site layouts.

Mobility is a key feature of the SW-1850. The complete unit is mounted on a road-legal chassis with hydraulic stabilization legs, so it can be transferred between sites without major disassembly. With transport dimensions of 16 m length, 3.65 m width and 4.4 m height, it fits within international road transport limits, simplifying logistics and permitting. Once positioned, the hydraulic legs provide the rigidity required for continuous operation, while still allowing the plant to be relocated quickly as project priorities change.

The process line is configured around a 1,800 x 5,000 mm vibrating screen with integrated washing capability. Material is fed from a hopper at 4,700 mm height, giving ample clearance for truck or loader feeding. A dedicated feeding conveyor delivers a steady flow to the screen, supporting accurate size separation. Downstream, a 600 x 6,000 mm screw washer removes clay, silt and other undesirable fines, enabling production of clean aggregates for concrete and other demanding applications. Fold-up stockpile conveyors can be arranged to form separate piles for each fraction and then folded to reduce the transport footprint.

The SW-1850 operates with a total installed motor power of 50 kW and can be paired with an optional 100 kVA diesel generator where grid power is not available. The automation package uses PLC-based control with components from leading brands and is managed via a tablet interface, reducing operator workload and improving safety by enabling remote supervision. The screw washer assembly can be removed when only dry screening is required, increasing the plant’s flexibility for different materials and job profiles. With an operating weight of 32,000 kg and fast installation, the SW-1850 is a robust, portable choice for multi-site sand and gravel operations where reliability, cleanliness and mobility are critical.
