CONSTMACH V-70 is a compact, mobile sand making plant engineered for producers who need reliable, high-quality 0–5 mm manufactured sand. The plant brings together a VSI 700 CR closed rotor vertical shaft impact crusher, three-deck vibrating screen and integrated conveyors on a single wheel-mounted chassis. With a feed size up to 35 mm and a capacity of 100–150 tph (depending on material), the V-70 can often work without any extra pre-crushing stage, which helps reduce operating costs and setup complexity.

The V-70 handles a wide range of rock types, from hard granite, basalt and gabbro to softer limestone, dolomite and natural stone. The closed rotor VSI applies controlled impact to produce cubic, well-graded sand suitable for demanding concrete and asphalt applications. Oversized material is automatically returned through the feedback conveyor, while the three-deck screen can generate up to three additional product sizes in one pass, giving you flexible production from a single compact plant.

Mobility is at the core of the V-70 concept. All equipment is installed on a single chassis with hydraulic opening legs, allowing fast erection and relocation between sites. Transport dimensions comply with international road regulations, so the plant can be moved with a standard tractor and kingpin connection. A 4.5 m feeding height matches common wheel loaders and excavators, while optional hydraulic systems for hopper covers and conveyors simplify the transition from transport to working position.

Advanced automation supports safe and efficient operation. Siemens and Schneider components, managed by a PLC-based control system, allow the operator to supervise and adjust the plant from a tablet. For remote areas, the V-70 can be equipped with an integrated diesel generator set rated at 400 kVA to supply the 170 kW total motor power. A dedicated dust suppression system protects both workers and equipment, and the robust 32,000 kg build is designed for long service life under tough field conditions.
