The CONSTMACH PI-2 is a mobile limestone crushing plant engineered to deliver high capacity production with minimum setup time. Built on a single wheeled chassis, it combines primary crushing, screening and material handling in one compact and mobile unit. With a throughput of 250–300 tph on limestone and other low to medium hardness stones, it offers stable and repeatable performance for quarry operators, contractors and ready-mix producers who need reliable output on busy job sites.

A heavy-duty CPI-1415 primary impact crusher forms the core of the PI-2. Material is fed through a large hopper and vibrating feeder, which keeps the flow constant and prevents blockages. An integrated by-pass conveyor removes soil and fine fractions before they enter the crusher. This pre-screening step cuts wear on the impact bars and liners, reduces energy consumption and helps maintain performance over long operating hours.

Crushed material is sized on a high-capacity vibrating screen, available with three or four decks depending on the application. Oversize is automatically returned to the impact crusher by the feedback conveyor, creating an efficient closed circuit. This arrangement enables the production of several aggregate sizes at once and delivers consistently cubical material that meets demanding concrete and asphalt specifications. PI-2 is designed for smooth transport and fast commissioning. Transport dimensions of 20 × 3.85 × 4.5 meters and an operating weight of 55,000 kg comply with international road standards. Hydraulic support legs and optional hydraulic folding mechanisms for the feeding hopper and stockpile conveyors allow setup without cranes or extra lifting equipment. A 400 kW installed power pack, supplied either from a 1,100 kVA grid connection or an optional chassis-mounted diesel generator, ensures efficient work even at remote locations.
