CONSTMACH’s JS-2 mobile crushing plant is engineered for producers who need reliable, on-site aggregate production from low to medium hardness materials. Designed for limestone, riverstone, dolomite and basalt, the JS-2 brings together primary and secondary crushing, screening, and material handling in a compact, road-legal package. Its dual-chassis concept separates the primary jaw stage from the secondary impact and screening stage, which helps optimize layout, service access and operational flexibility on busy job sites.

The first chassis receives large feed material and prepares it for secondary crushing, while the second chassis focuses on final sizing and shaping. In practice, this means the plant can process feed up to 850 x 600 mm and achieve 120–150 tons per hour, depending on rock type and operating conditions. The secondary impact crusher delivers well-shaped, cubical aggregates with a controlled fine fraction that concrete and asphalt producers value.

Automation and mobility are key parts of the JS-2 design. SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER components, managed by a PLC-based control system, allow the entire plant to be operated from a tablet. Set-up is streamlined with hydraulic legs and foldable conveyors, so no cranes or extensive foundations are needed. Both chassis comply with international road transport dimensions, and the optional 650 kVA generator makes fully independent operation possible in remote areas.
