CONSTMACH’s JC-3 is a mobile crushing and screening plant built for producers who handle the hardest and most abrasive rock. It is engineered on a double-chassis layout. The JC-3 combines a powerful CJC-110 primary jaw crusher, a Metso HP 300 secondary cone crusher and a high-efficiency screen in one compact, road-legal package. It processes demanding materials such as granite, basalt and gabbro with stable performance, long wear life and controlled operating cost. The robust steel chassis is reinforced at all high-stress points. It accepts large feed sizes up to 1,100 × 850 mm and carries a total installed power of 450 kW. Intelligent weight distribution and hydraulic support legs provide safe, vibration-controlled operation and fast set-up on site. In its standard configuration the plant delivers 250–300 tph and can produce three or four final fractions at the same time. This reduces the need for extra equipment in the circuit and simplifies fleet planning.

Operational control is fully automated with a PLC-based system that uses Siemens and Schneider components. All functions – from feeders and crushers to conveyors and dust suppression – can be monitored and adjusted from a tablet. This helps operators react quickly to changing feed conditions and product requirements. For remote quarries without grid power, the JC-3 can be paired with an 800 kVA diesel generator to create a fully self-contained solution. When higher fines content or premium aggregate shape is required, the JC-3 can work with CONSTMACH’s V-90 mobile sand making plant as the JCV-3 configuration. This adds a VSI stage that delivers high-quality, cubical products for concrete and asphalt applications.
