Designed as a primary jaw crusher for demanding duties, the CJC-110 offers a robust and stable solution for the first stage of crushing. With a jaw opening of 1.100 x 850 mm and a production capacity between 150 and 420 tons per hour, it processes everything from soft limestone to highly abrasive granite with consistent results. The crusher is built on a heavy-duty, submerged arc welded base frame that is thermally stress-relieved, creating a rigid structure that resists fatigue and frame failures during continuous operation. Oversized, self-aligning spherical roller bearings support the main shaft, absorbing both radial and axial loads while keeping the crushing mechanism correctly aligned, even under extreme conditions.

The pitman is manufactured from drop-forged chrome-nickel steel, providing the toughness needed to handle high impact loads from large feed sizes. This forged structure increases resistance to cracking and prolongs service life compared with cast alternatives. Power is supplied by a 132 kW motor that drives large flywheels at 230 rpm. The flywheels store kinetic energy during each cycle, preventing stalling when the jaw encounters very hard material and helping to maintain a smooth crushing action. A hydraulic setting system allows the closed side setting to be adjusted between 60 and 200 mm without mechanical disassembly, enabling quick adaptation to different product sizes and downstream plant requirements. Optional automatic lubrication further supports continuous operation by ensuring critical bearings and bushings are always properly greased. With its 33.000 kg operating weight and optimized chamber geometry, the CJC-110 integrates easily into both stationary and mobile CONSTMACH configurations as a reliable primary crusher for complete aggregate systems.
