The CPI-1415 primary impact crusher is designed for plants that need reliable, high-capacity primary crushing of soft to medium-hard rock. The machine accepts feed sizes up to 1.000 x 1.000 mm, allowing direct feeding from the quarry face with minimal pre-selection. At the core of the CPI-1415 is a heavy-duty rotor, manufactured by arc welding and thermally stress relieved to maintain structural strength under continuous impact loads. Manganese steel impeller bars ensure controlled wear patterns and can be replaced during planned maintenance without affecting the rotor body. Large spherical self-aligning roller bearings support the rotor and handle the loads generated by the 315 kW drive motor.

The crusher body uses thick side sheets with manganese liners at critical wear points, extending service life where impact and abrasion are highest. Chain curtains protect the inlet area and upstream equipment, while a wide, obstruction-free discharge reduces bridging risk. A hydraulic setting system allows quick adjustment of breaker bar positions, letting operators fine-tune product size with minimal downtime. Weighing 28.000 kg, the CPI-1415 offers the stability needed for reliable primary crushing of limestone, dolomite, gypsum and similar materials in multi-stage circuits.
