The CONSTMACH SW-2060 is a mobile screening and washing plant for sand and gravel producers who need capacity and mobility in one unit. Built on a single wheeled chassis, it combines screening, washing and stockpiling in a compact layout and delivers up to 200 t/h of finished material. This integrated design limits on-site installation work and keeps production running with fewer interruptions.

Material enters a feeding hopper and is transferred by conveyor to the 2.000 x 6.000 mm vibrating screen, where it is separated into required sizes. The integrated washing system cleans the aggregates during screening, while foldable stockpile conveyors discharge final products in a controlled way. Fines are treated in the 700 x 7.000 mm screw washer, which provides consistent washing performance and recovery of usable material. When washing is not needed, the screw washer can be removed and the SW-2060 operates as a dedicated screening plant.

For mobile projects, the SW-2060 offers plug-and-run operation. Hydraulic legs create a stable working platform on site and fold for transport, so the plant can move between jobs quickly. Transport dimensions of 17 x 3.85 x 4.5 m comply with international road regulations, and the 37.000 kg total weight suits standard heavy haulage. A 4.750 mm feeding height allows easy loading by wheel loaders or excavators without special ramps.
Operation is managed through a tablet-based PLC control system using Siemens-Schneider components. Parameters such as washing intensity, screen motion and material feed rate can be adjusted to match different aggregates and product targets. Power can be supplied either by a 120 kVA diesel generator or directly from the grid, so the SW-2060 works on both remote and fixed sites.
