Special and unique design to be used to cut steel. The jaw has the shape of the beak of a parrot. The materials you want to cut stays in the jaw and is pulled in. This way you cut steel effective and fast.
The shears are made out of wear resistant steel mixtures; this guarantees you less maintenance and a long life cycle.
The HSS-scrap shear is designed for the demolition of heavy steel structures and the processing of scrap. The shape of the jaws of the scissors is designed to cut steel in the most effective way. The blades in the jaw of the scissors are made from specially hardened tool steel 'HSSM', which guarantees a long lifespan.
De scissors are made of the most durable HARDOX-400® steel, with an extremely high wear resistance. As result: minimum of maintenance and a long lifespan.
Most important advantages of the HSS-series steel shears:
-Interchangeable blades with four cutting edges.
-Special blade on the tip of the beak, makes welding unnecessary.
-Made of durable HARDOX-400® steel.
-Equipped with an oil regeneration valve for extremely rapid work cycles.
-Equipped with a heavy duty double ball bearing swivel head and enhanced rotation motor.
