The CONSTMACH CBC-500 is a 500 mm belt conveyor engineered for demanding concrete batching and stone crushing plants where uptime and accuracy matter. It handles weighing, feeding, transfer and stockpiling of aggregates and other bulk materials with steady, controlled flow. Every component is selected for long service life in continuous, multi-shift operations, making it a reliable choice for plants that cannot afford unplanned stops.

At the heart of the CBC-500 is a robust drive system powered by heavy-duty electric motors and precision gearboxes. Depending on site and process requirements, the conveyor can be supplied either with a reducer motor or with a motor and reducer using V-belt transmission. This flexible configuration helps operators match the drive package to their specific loading conditions and layout constraints.

Material transport is carried out by a four-layer rubber band, available in smooth or ribbed form to suit different applications. The standard 4-tarpaulin quality belt offers strong resistance to abrasion while maintaining good tracking and grip, whether conveying sand, gravel or other aggregates. Rubberized and vulcanized drive and transfer drums with diamond grooves further increase belt traction and reduce slippage under load.
Heavy-series support rollers designed for mining applications, together with double row spherical roller bearings in SN split housings, support the belt and distribute loads evenly. An RV-shaped inner scraper keeps the return side of the belt clean, reducing material build-up and maintenance. The steel chassis, integrated walking platforms, optional conveyor covers and emergency stop points are all designed to support safe, efficient and environmentally responsible operation. Custom-built configurations allow the CBC-500 to integrate smoothly into existing or expanding facilities.
