Mixing volume 375 liter ,
The mixer has 2 mixing arm , inner and outer mixing arms
with the opposite direction of rotation.
Inner Motor: 22 kW with frequency converter for mixer
Outer motor : 15 KW with frequency converter
Multi-dimensional mixing + speed regulation
The new mixing principle is based on a conical mixer trough, two stirring arms acting in contrary directions
produce a homogeneous mixture within the shortest time.
optimal mixing effect thanks to the 4-dimensional mixing principle (4th dimension: speed)
Inside the mixer the wear plates are made in ceramic plates instead of Hardox.
The outlet is changed to be adjustable with a 100 mm squish valve pneumatic , that can be controlled manually .

Electric board With Siemens PLC computer and printer
The electric control of the plant is based on a
programmable logic control Siemens S7 300.
User-friendly computerised control. Fully documented mix
and discharge cycle is fully automated and initiated by
single “ON” switch. The mixing cycle lasts 2-3 minutes
dependant upon required; mix recipe, slump etc. Panel
display enables mixing process to be monitored whilst in progress.
An integral printer provides full documentation for each mix,
identified by unique batch number and lists weights of each
aggregate/cement, water and additive(s).

The mixing plant shown in the photos was the first system delivered. The second system that is now for sale was never picked up by the customer and has therefore never been used.
