Concrete block machine (concrete block and concrete pavers machine) RVP-3000 METALIKA is highly productive stationary vibrating press for concrete blocks, concrete pavers, concrete curbstones.

RVP-3000 concrete block machine puts down finished concrete elements on wooden palette.

Concrete supplying is done by fork lifter with concrete basket, by belt conveyors or concrete lifting basket.

Concrete dosing is performed through dozers for fine and rough concrete.

Element forming is in the mold under the hydraulic pressure and vibrations on the lower as well as upper side of the mold.

Finished element is pushed to back end of the machine together with wooden palette, and another palette automatically takes its place.

Reception desk for finished elements has capacity of 5 pallets.

Concrete paver and block machine RVP-3000 can be united in line with palette elevators and pallet return line.

After that pallets can be driven with fork lifter or special manual fork lifter. This machine can be additionally equipped with automatic control unit when cycle time is reduced, and capacity is increased.
